The browsing and use of this website and/or any application provided by Yozmot Atid (the “Association”) to beneficiaries or any other users, from time to time, and/or any other technological infrastructure, including the various services offered therein or through it (collectively, the “Website”), are subject to the privacy policy set forth herein. Use of the Website constitutes acceptance of this Privacy Policy and an undertaking to act in accordance with it. In any case in which the term “Association” appears, it shall refer to Yozmot Atid (RA), registration number 58-0602258, the entity controlling the database.

Use of the Website, in whole or in part, for any purpose that is not personal or non-commercial is strictly prohibited.

  1. Privacy Commitment

The Association respects the privacy of users of this Website and therefore employs strict information security measures in accordance with applicable law, particularly the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981, and its implementing regulations.   1. General Policy Regarding Digital Assets

It is hereby clarified that this policy constitutes a general policy applicable to the Association’s digital assets. If you are, or will become, a beneficiary of the Association, then the details you provide to the Association as part of eligibility review or the provision of services will be stored in the Association’s database used for tracking beneficiaries and partners, subject to your signing of the specific forms and documents required for this purpose.

  1. Voluntary Submission of Information

Subject to applicable law, I hereby declare that I am aware that the information submitted through the Website or to the Association, as described above, is provided voluntarily and with my consent for this purpose and of my own free will, and that I am under no legal obligation to do so. However, completing certain fields in the registration process is a necessary condition for completion of the registration procedure. I have been informed that the information I have provided, and/or may provide, for the purpose of receiving services from the Association, in whole or in part, may be retained by the Association even after the period of service provision, in order to maintain contact with alumnae, offer follow-up programs, and meet the Association’s legal and other needs.

  1. Direct Marketing

Without derogating from the above, subject to my explicit consent to receive direct mailings and marketing messages, the Association shall be entitled to send me, from time to time, via e-mail and/or SMS and/or other communication methods I have provided, information regarding the Association’s services. I acknowledge that I may revoke my consent at any time and cease receiving such information by submitting a request through the Website’s contact page, by sending an e-mail to [email protected], by using the “unsubscribe” link included in messages sent by the Association, or by replying with the word “unsubscribe” in the same channel through which the message was sent.

  1. Accuracy of Information

The user declares that all information provided and/or updated on the Website is true, reliable, and accurate, and that registration and/or submission of information was performed in his own name and on his own behalf, and not on behalf of third parties, unless expressly authorized to do so. The information provided by the user, even as a guest, as well as additional information accumulated about the user and his activity on the Website, will be stored in the Association’s databases as detailed above, and used in accordance with the purposes described in Section 4 above, this Privacy Policy, and applicable law. Such use may include, inter alia, service management, handling and tracking inquiries, monitoring service quality, offering similar and/or complementary services, statistical analysis, and direct mailing for these purposes by the Association.

  1. Additional Uses of Information

The Association may collect and use the information provided by the user during registration, and/or information accumulated about the user even as a guest during Website use, in order to improve, enhance, or modify the Website, services, and content offered, and to update the user and conduct satisfaction surveys regarding activities offered by the Association and/or its representatives and/or by third parties with whom the Association cooperates. In addition, the Association may use the information for marketing and statistical purposes and may transfer statistical (non-identifiable) information to third parties, including advertisers, subject to this Privacy Policy. It is clarified that such statistical information will not personally identify the user.

Such use may include the optimization and improvement of processes and products within the Association or its group, deriving insights from variables relating to existing and potential beneficiaries (some of which may not directly identify the data subject), making decisions regarding conditions of participation and services provided by the Association at the time of joining and during the course of service, including decisions relating to service pricing, risk assessment, fraud detection, and event prediction for risk and business needs evaluation, including the likelihood of occurrence of certain events. For these purposes, the Association may collect personal data, including by gathering information from public websites, and use such data as described in this section.

  1. Disclosure of Personal Information

The Association takes reasonable and customary measures to safeguard personal information and prevent its transfer to third parties, except in the following cases:

16.1 In accordance with the user’s request and/or with the user’s explicit consent;
16.2 As part of cooperation with entities having a business relationship with the Association;
16.3 If the user breaches the Terms of Use and/or this Privacy Policy;

The Association makes every effort to protect the confidentiality of information provided by users and its clients, by employing accepted security precautions and advanced security technologies. The user acknowledges that the Association dedicates resources and implements stringent measures to prevent unauthorized intrusion into the Website and to mitigate potential harm to users’ privacy, including accidental or intentional misuse, loss, destruction, or access by unauthorized persons. However, the Association cannot fully prevent such occurrences.

  1. Limitation of Liability

It is hereby clarified that jurisdiction with respect to this Privacy Policy shall rest with the competent courts of Israel, in the Central District.
